2. Mr KN Tiwari
Secretary. He is also Director. He is one of the founder members of the organisation and is continuously associated with it. He is a social activist with a diploma in rural development.

3. Mr DS Rana
Treasurer. He is an ex-serviceman and is associated with the organisation since soon after its formation.

4. Mr Rajiv Jain
Member. He is one of the founder members of the organisation. He is a local renowned person now settled in Delhi. He donated land and building to the organisation and the organisation functions from there.

5. Mr Rehtu Lal
Member. He is a local farmer and is associated with the organisation since its inception.

6. Mr Riyasat Ali
Member. He is a local farmer and is associated with the organisation since its inception. He is one of the founder members of the organisation.

7. Ms Rajjo Devi
Member. She is a local Scheduled Caste woman and is associated with Disha as a social activist.
